American International Underwriters Holding Co. is one of the largest insurance and assistance providers in the world. Currently, Insurance may only be added during the online booking process. However, in the not too distant future we will be providng our customers with the ability to add Travel insurance through our Call Centre and City Ticketing Offices.

24-hour Travel Guard Worldwide Assistances
This benefit gives you access to a 24-hour emergency assistance line.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment
24-hour assistance during the period the person is travelling.
•
Emergency Medical Evacuation
This benefit brings you back home to your loved ones if you are involved in an accident while travelling. Urgent medical transportation to the nearest hospital, or from a hospital to the country of residence to receive additional medical treatment or to recover.

Medical Expense for Accidents and Sickness
Covers necessary medical expenses up to one year after the sickness or injury provided you sought initial medical treatment while on your trip.

Death Repatriation [Repatriation of Remains]
Transportation of the dead insured to his/her country of residence

Trip Interruption
Reimburse up to $200 incurred if the insured must return home early or provides the additional expenses to reach the original destination, if the trip was delayed and the insured must depart after the trip departure date for any of the following reasons: sickness, injury, and death of an insured or direct family member.

Trip Cancellation
Reimbursement up to $200 of the air ticket or hotel expenses not reimbursed or corresponding fees in case of trip cancellation due to sickness, accident or death of the insured or direct family member.

Trip Delay
Compensation for meals and hotel expenses in case the flight is delayed for more than 6 hours due to airship failure, extreme weather or airline employees strike for up to $100.

Baggage Delay
Reimburse up to a covered maximum for the purchase of essential items if your bags are delayed for more than 12 hours.

Lost Luggage
Compensation in case of loss, robbery or theft of the luggage, under the airline responsibility (USD 50 per Kg)
